How Do We Manage Change?

Following on from yesterday’s blog (Click Here to read) …….my advice on change would be:

If you’re aware how and where changes need to be made, talk it out with anyone you can. We are meant to share our energy and our lives with others, its an essential part of being a human being. The more we share our fears, our frustrations, our lack of knowledge or inability to know how to handle situations ~ the less power they have over us. Sharing brings us more support and advice from which to choose our own path. It enables us to ‘Take what works and leave the rest’.

Some people are able to meditate, to take time out to be quiet and undertake spiritual practices that connect them to their inner voice, which can guide them on the best ways to move forward. We all have this ability and if you can manage to do so during April, get out in nature, spend time alone, focus on what you do want to do (not on what you don’t) and listen to that inner voice. It will always steer you in the right direction. If you’ve been meaning to connect, been meaning to mediate and just haven’t gotten round to it…now is the absolute best month to gift yourself the time to hear the Universe.

We aren’t all wired the same way however. Some of us are too stressed, too weary or tired, too overwhelmed with the responsibilities and the current fast pace of life. Finding the time to sit quietly seems impossible with a mind that is moving 100mph through what seems like 20 different subjects at a time. In which case, its time to share. Find someone….anyone…and talk it out.

This may mean sharing yourself with people you trust like a partner, friends or family. Or it could be sharing yourself with a complete stranger by visiting a Mind, Body & Spirit event and having a reading or talking to a therapist. Join a forum (there are 1000s available online) about your particular worries and receive support and advice from those that have been in your position. Speak to an expert on a subject, consult a lawyer or financial expert ~ whatever the issue is, share it and I promise you’ll be able to work things out, stay focused, keep control of the situation and make decisions in a way that is empowering and productive.

I was driven to write these blogs on change, because I know over the next few months there are going to be some surprises and unexpected events for us all. If we’re aware, if we’re focused and supported, those surprise events can be taken in stride and not be a stress trigger that pushes us into feeling overwhelmed or out of control. ALL of the changes are ultimately positive. ALL of them will bring forth a brighter, happier, more peaceful existence. For many, its just a bit sticky or challenging getting from Point A to Point B ~ but WOW, when we get there! Awesome, empowering, energising YESSSSSSSSS!!!!

My trigger has been getting an illness….on the exact day of the New Moon! I don’t want to make the health changes needed as its awkward. It means cooking different meals, not going out for meals which are a big part of my lifestyle, not drinking any alcohol – not that I drink much, but we’ll have a blow out every now and again. I’m going to have to be careful at parties, not really be able to eat much outside the home, say no to a lot of the things my family loves for awhile….its going to take great dedication and strength of will. Its going to address 35 yr old self sabotaging patterns that have managed my stress levels for a lifetime. It will address a sugar addiction of swallowing down sugar in order to deal with emotions I can’t handle. It makes me feel vulnerable and tired and irritated.

With all the other responsibilities and speed of life at the moment, its something I could really do without! I could stick my head in the sand and ignore it….but once we have awareness, we can’t ‘unaware’ ourselves! This issue is not going to go away. I even asked for it (bashes head against wall) ~ I asked the Universe to support me in becoming the healthy person I want to be. Didn’t for one minute consider it would be via ill health. Bugger 😉

So I’m listening to my inner voice, which knows exactly what I need to do as well as seeking expert advice and support. Am able to combine my own intuition with other people’s fabulous knowledge and find the path that is right for me. Its a difficult, bloody annoying, very inconvenient path ~ but at the end of it, I will have what I want and will have made the changes necessary to achieve an amazing end result. Whats the alternative? End up in hospital or seriously ill for a long period of time, causing drama and worry for my family when the end result is going to be the same anyway? I think not. So I focus entirely on what I DO want, on the end result and do everything in my power to get myself there.

So whether you listen to your inner voice or share your worries and fears….. DO SOMETHING. Don’t sit and wait for the drama and chaos…because change is coming.  I’d much rather we were all ready to get the best out of it.

If you want to grab some crystals to see you through the changes this month, I’d wholeheartedly recommend:

Labradorite ~ good for times of transformation, connected to Arch Angel Metatron (the Angel of Transformation), eases stress, lowers blood pressure and keeps things fun/magical.

Fluorite ~ Brings order to chaos, aids focus and clears mental confusion.

Natural Citrine ~ Brings us what we need, not what we want. Keeps us connected to source.

Hematite, Black Onyx or Lapid Lazuli ~ all bring strength, ease anxiety, aid focus and keep us grounded during times of change.

If you’d like to share any of your own experiences or whats happening around changes or unexpected events in your life, I’d love to hear from you.

Much love and hugs

I recently found out that I am a High Vibrational Being. I discovered it as I was drawn into a new local Chrystal Shop. There was more than just the chrystals in the shop, but I was oblivious to everything else except for the chrystals. I was very drawn to Labradorite, Malachite, Hematite, Amethyst and Quartz crystals. I don’t do well with most people because I am very sensitive to others energies. I didn’t know that it is a blessing. I always thought it was a curse. Now I know better. I just wanted to thank you for all your insights on Chrystal vibration logic.
    Sincerely,

Hi Paul ~ absolutely, our sensitivity is a gift. I often find myself in a daze in a crystal shop, like I’m somewhere else completely and sort’ve float home 🙂 Wishing you well on your journey, bright blessings.
