The information in this A-Z has come from regular and ongoing research into what crystals are doing NOW.
 
Most crystal books were written in the 70s or 80s (Melody, Hall) so are correct for that time. However, given the amount of electro-magnetic energy we now have in our atmosphere (think mobile phones & satellites!), crystals are absorbing that energy and their frequencies are changing – therefore, what they do is also changing.
 
If I state a crystal is good for mediumship, its because I’ve asked accurate mediums to work with it and have analysed results – the same goes for the majority of physical & emotional issues. However, I would always advise trusting your own instincts as each of us is different.
