This is a lovely piece of Owyhee Opal. The energy is so soothing and works in a really subtle way. This piece is quite unique in its pattern and colouring, and the energy feels fabulous! This is the only piece listed at the moment, there will be more stock in the not-so-distant future.

Owyhee Opal is said to stabilize the metabolism, ease stress & anxiety and calm us down physically, emotionally and mentally. It’s an excellent mineral to work with if you’re using breath work at all. For example, a good exercise to take when overwhelmed is to take 3 deep breaths into one’s stomach to centre oneself. This ensures presence. Holding this lovely Opal in one’s hand aids holding that presence in a comforting, solidifying, grounding sort of way. It works in a similar manner whilst wearing it as a pendant, especially when focusing on the beautiful energy it brings.
