Sugilite Pendant – Item J

A lovely, natural piece of polished Sugilite set in thick Sterling Silver. This is a vibrant pendant with the most beautiful colouring and energy. These pendants are set in thick Sterling Silver and are smaller, so more affordable. I Googled recently and couldn’t find anything under £45ish. The larger pendants have been cut thinner (although still perfectly robust and stable) so that they weigh less and are therefore again, more affordable. Sugilite is one of the most expensive minerals to source these days.

This stone is becoming so rare now as its full of Manganese and mainly found in Japan, so is mined exclusively for industrial purposes as Manganese is a basic component of Morphine based painkillers. It is hard enough to source, let alone at a decent price so I’m delighted to have found these.

Sugilite is a protective and nurturing stone, good for sensitive souls who find it difficult to ignore the negativity of others. Encourages positive thinking, releases emotional turmoil, promotes self forgiveness and encourages inspiration. Physically, Sugilite soothes headaches and is thought to bring the nerves and brain into alignment, to subdue heart palpitations and to soothe jangled nerves and eases pain. It is amazing for spiritual development and growth.
