Smithsonite – Item A

This is a beautiful, rough piece of Smithsonite straight as it comes out of the ground. It is rare to source pieces that are stable enough and small enough to carry around. This is a pricey crystal, but well worth it for the energy if it calls to you.

On a physical level, Smithsonite is said to be good for the immune system, skin, osteoporosis, alcoholism and addictions. It is an excellent ally when ending something and focusing on new beginnings, which is why they recommend it for breaking addictive patterns or cycles. Smithsonite aids recovery from trauma and moving on from the past. It clears any unwanted energy at our chakra points and then connects them, allowing us to be grounded, focused and able to form a strong connection to Spirit. I find this mineral fascinating as it works on various levels and I can actually feel it switch from one to another. It also seems to balance my hormones out a little, which in turn soothed my emotions.
