This a gorgeous, hand carved, puffy heart in blissful Selenite. These pieces are easy to slip into a pocket, pillowcase or lay on the body. The energy is simply sublime and they are a decent, hand held, chunky size!
Selenite can be used for cleansing and clearing auras, to pull Angelic/Spirit energies into a group/circle and for directing very cleansing, gentle energies. It’s said to be very good for bones, teeth, muscles and physical flexibility.
Selenite facilitates growth, expansion and openness, but in a calming, gentle way (which is sooooo needed in the speed of life today!). It’s a beautiful stone to self soothe and ease down anxiety or stress so we feel far more accepting of ‘what is’ and peaceful inside.
