PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment for orders via the website are accepted:

1. Via Paypal
2. By credit/debit card over the telephone; and
3. By cheque through the post.

Payments accepted in Pounds Sterling only.

Upon receipt of payment, goods are dispatched within 14 working days. Larger orders will be dispatched within 21 working days. All orders are dispatched ASAP.

Please follow the automated process via our online shop, which will automatically take you to through Paypal should you select this option.

By Credit/Debit Card

All major credit and debit cards welcome with the exception of American Express.

The full debit/credit card number, start date, expiry date and 3 digit security code are required. Delivery address must be the same as cardholder’s address. A credit/debit card receipt will be included with the package.

Please ensure your card number, expiry date & 3 digit security code are written on the back of the cheque.

In Person

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

• Postage & packing charges are kept to a minimum.
• Paper and packaging is recycled where possible.
• A Final Invoice, inclusive of P&P/insurance costs, will be sent to you before payment should be made.
• Upon receipt of Final Invoice, please send a cheque, telephone to pay via debit/credit card or let us know if you’d like to collect your order at an event. Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of Final Invoice. The item will be re-listed in the shop if payment is not received within 7 days.

UK

• All items posted within UK are sent 1st Class Recorded/Signed-For Delivery

Europe

• All items posted to Europe are sent 1st Class Airmail.
• Recorded Delivery & Insurance available at £3.50 per order.

International Postage Costs

• All items posted outside of the UK and Europe are sent 1st Class Airmail.
• Recorded Delivery & Insurance available at £5.50 per order.

Private Courier

• A private Courier such as AMC or FedEx can be arranged upon request.

Postage and packaging for multiple purchases and larger parcels will be advised upon receipt of order. P&P costs are kept to a minimum.

Proof of postage is always retained and the item will always require a signature of receipt. Please inform us within 14 days if your parcel has not arrived.
