PREMIUM Auction Listing ~ Week in Luxury Villa in Spain

PREMIUM Auction Listing ~ Week in Luxury Villa in Spain

Further on to my blog last week regarding the upcoming Pounds for Puppies holistic auction, we have been offered THE most stunning auction prize that I feel deserves a blog all of its own.

The wonderful Amanda Hamilton contacted me and has offered her beautiful home, Casa La Celada, which nestles in the foothills of the Sierra Subbetica mountain range in Andalucia, an hour from the south coast (north of Malaga). Amanda is offering this luxury accommodation for a one week holiday.  The holiday needs to work around the existing calendar of availability which can be viewed here : .

The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 adults. The property consists of two sitting rooms (one with a sofabed), three large double/twin bedrooms and two singles, masses of lovely bathrooms, a play room and three terraces including a large rooftop with panoramic views, barbecue and hot tub with shaded and sunny seating areas.

To see plenty of photos and for an extensive guided tour of the property, the local area and the wider reach, please visit the website,

I have had a look at flights from London/Manchester to Malaga and they’re going for as little as £45 RETURN!!! It’s all in the planning and booking as early as possible to get the cut price deals. Even if three couples wanted to go in September of this year, it would only cost £170 per person from London to Malaga for the week. That is one heck of a good deal!!  Its a wonderful place to have a spiritual retreat, a wonderful place for a group of friends to have a break or for a large family.

The bidding HAS to start at £600 as this covers the costs of the mortgage, utilities, bedding and everything else associated with running a large home. Any money raised over that goes straight to the charity.

Amanda has kindly offered this auction lot on several occasions now for various charities. Herts Young Homeless closed the bidding at £1,300, Shane Varney’s Heart for Hendrix closed at £960, Let Themselves Help Themselves managed £800, but with a very low turn-out, Tim McNamara raised £700 but has asked to use the house again and this time do more promotion leading up to the auction, whilst the Rolls Royce Apprentice Association raised £1,500, Walford Church saw the hammer go down at a fantastic £3,500 and Birmingham Children’s Hospital last November opened the bidding at £1,400 and the final bid was £6,250!

Please share this blog and this wonderful Auction lot far and wide.……it would be wonderful to be able to use this opportunity to not only have an amazing holiday in the sun at a crazy low price, but also raise as much money for the charity and dogs as possible.

With much love and thanks
