Payment Options

Payment for orders via the website are accepted:

  1. Via PayPal
  2. By credit/debit card over the telephone; and
  3. By cheque through the post.

Cheques must be issued from a UK bank.

Please use the Currency Converter at the top, right hand side of the website to see prices & process orders in your currency.

If you click ‘cheque’ by mistake and would prefer to pay via PayPal or Card instead, please telephone me on 07881 576228 or send via PayPal to serendipity@kristyhodges.com

Upon receipt of payment, goods are dispatched within 14 working days.  All orders are dispatched ASAP.

Please follow the automated process via the online shop, which will automatically take you to through PayPal should you select this option.

By Credit/Debit Card

All major credit and debit cards are welcome with the exception of American Express.

If you wish to pay by debit or credit card over the telephone, please select ‘cheque payment’ upon Checkout and then contact Serendipity Crystals on Mobile Number: 07881 576228 or via email at serendipity@kristyhodges.com to arrange for payment to be made via card.

The full debit/credit card number, start date, expiry date and 3 digit security code are required. Delivery address must be the same as Card holder’s address. A credit/debit card receipt will be included with goods posted.

By Cheque

Cheques made out to: Serendipity Crystals

Please ensure your card number, expiry date & 3 digit security code are written on the back of the cheque. Only cheques issued by a UK bank are accepted.

In Person

A CHIP & PIN facility is available at the stand. Cash, cheques and all major debit/credit cards are accepted. If you would like to collect your order from an event, please let me know which event and I will refund P&P costs in cash at the stand when you collect your order.

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not happy with any item, for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange for the items to be posted back. A refund (minus postage costs) will be issued immediately upon receiving any returned items.
